ECO BLUE RESIDENCE is located in Alanya, Kargicak, with a total area of 6,500 square meters.

The complex is situated on an elevated area.
The residence consists of 3 blocks with a total of 66 apartments.

Almost all apartments have partial or full sea views. The first floor features duplex penthouses with gardens. The second and third floors house apartments with layouts of 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1. The fourth floor and attic are occupied by duplex penthouses.

Construction Technology:

1. Use of environmentally friendly Class A products in construction materials and electrical products.
2. Gardens are designed with rich landscaping and a variety of plant and flower species.
3. Preliminary installation of a impact heater will be provided for each apartment. Solar heaters of a closed pressure system with a resistive enamel tank will be installed. 
4. 24-hour surveillance through cameras. A 24/7 night vision camera system will be implemented in a manner and quantity that eliminates blind spots throughout the premises.
5. Hybrid grass will be used for the lawn.
6. Faucets and electrical outlets will be placed on large balconies.
7. A generator capable of providing energy to at least half of the apartments and common areas will be installed.
   Exterior walls and walls between apartments (separating walls of independent blocks) will be the same as in the project, with a weight of 19 pounds. lightweight pumice concrete (cwbims), and interior walls will consist of 10-pound or 13.5-pound bricks, plastered and painted. Interiors will be painted with semi-gloss plastic paint (Filli Boya brand).
8. All ceilings, except balcony ceilings (interior communal area, apartment interior, corridor on each floor), will be made of gypsum board.
9. Suspended ceilings with spotlights or light strips will be applied according to the architectural design in the hallway and all rooms.
